We meet to understand where you are, what you're building, and what's holding you back. The starting point for everything that follows.
I read your code, honestly. Looking at what's working, what's slowing you down, and what's worth changing soon versus later.
A document you can come back to: clear recommendations from the call and review, tools and services worth adopting, open source projects that could save you weeks, and a list of AI ideas to implement, each with a time estimate.
Async access for the next week and a half. Ask questions, push back on the report, and refine the plan as you start acting on it.
