How it works

I have a proven and trained eye for talent. I make an organic assessment of their skill, commitment, and reliability. No automated screening.
A joint call so you can see the fit firsthand. No surprises, you know exactly who you're getting.
They start at a reduced hourly rate for two months. If everything clicks, the rate adjusts by month three. Payment is split: 50% upfront to begin the search, and the remaining 50% once the candidate completes the two-month trial. If the candidate doesn't work out after the trial, I offer a replacement guarantee.
Pricing
Candidates typically charge $35/hr or more. Plan for that when budgeting the role.
Standard placement
$4,000
One-time fee per hire. Frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, AI/ML.
Premium placement
$4,500 - $10,000
For specialized or hard-to-fill roles that require deeper sourcing and extended vetting. Staff-level, niche stacks, leadership hires.
